HOW MEMEPAD WORKS

memepad is a pump.fun launchpad with one mechanic: every token's creator fees are locked to a dedicated pot at launch, and the pot pays for AI content. Holders turn the coin's own mascot into memes, PFPs, stickers and banners on the token's page — free for them, funded by the token's trading.

1 · THE LAUNCH

You fill in your token's details on the launch page, connect your wallet, and approve one deploy that does three things at once:

  • Create. Your token is created on pump.fun with your dev buy in the same transaction, so nothing can be sniped ahead of you. You are the on-chain creator.
  • Pot funding. Your wallet funds a freshly generated pot wallet with 0.05 SOL of gas.
  • Fee lock. Pump's fee sharing config is set to route 100% of creator fees to the pot. Pump locks the config permanently the first time it is set. After this, nobody can redirect the fees anywhere else. Not you, not us.

On most wallets this is a single atomic transaction, meaning the token cannot exist without its fees locked. Older wallets sign two transactions together, and a token only counts as live once the lock is verified on-chain.

2 · THE POT AND ITS AGENT

As the token trades (bonding curve and pump-swap alike), creator fees accrue and our worker sweeps them into the pot every few minutes. The pot is the token's content budget: each generated image debits a fixed amount from it. More volume, more fees, more memes.

An agent manages every pot. It prints its first piece within seconds of launch, on the house. From there, while the token has volume, it invents and prints content on its own — marked AUTO in the gallery — so a coin gets bagworked even if the deployer never touches the studio. When volume dies the agent goes quiet; when fees flow again it wakes back up. Everything it makes copies the mascot's original art style, so the content always looks like it came from the same artist.

3 · THE STUDIO

Every token page is a studio, and holders are part of the engine. Pick a format — meme (free scene), PFP (square avatar), sticker (die-cut), banner (wide header) — write a prompt, hit generate. Your print lands instantly, and it also steers the agent: it reads what the community makes and avoids repeating the same angles. "The cat sitting on a giant pill", "the dog in an Ash Ketchum outfit" — whatever the timeline needs, in the mascot's own style.

Costs are paid by the pot, not the user. A per-person hourly limit keeps one degen from draining the whole budget, and an empty pot simply waits for the next fee sweep.

The creator moderates the pot. Connect the wallet that deployed the token and every gallery image gets HIDE and BAN buttons: HIDE removes a print, BAN removes it and blocks its author from that pot. Authentication is a wallet signature — no accounts, no logins, and nobody (including the creator) ever sees who made what.

4 · AUTO X POSTER (SOON)

Next up: the creator links the token's X account, and the agent posts its prints there automatically — a timeline that never sleeps, funded by the pot.

TRUST · TRUST MODEL

  • The fee lock is trustless. Enforced by pump's on-chain program and locked irrevocably at launch. Verify any token: its sharing config lists exactly one shareholder, the pot wallet, at 10,000 bps with the admin authority revoked.
  • The pot is custodial. The platform operates the pot wallets (keys encrypted at rest) and fronts one central account at the AI provider. Pot SOL covers the generation costs. Your dev-buy tokens stay in your wallet.
  • Everything is visible. Fee sweeps link their transactions, the pot balance and every generation are public on the token's page.

FAQ · FAQ

What does launching cost me?

Your dev buy (optional), 0.05 SOL of pot gas, and normal network fees. Generation is paid by the pot, not by you or your holders.

Why fund memes instead of buybacks?

A buyback is spent the moment it lands. Content keeps working: every PFP, sticker and shitpost made in the studio is marketing the token's community spreads for free.

Can I get the creator fees back?

No. The lock is permanent by design. That is what makes the content budget credible.

Who owns the generated images?

They are public, in the token's gallery, free for anyone to use. That is the point.

Who is the token creator on pump.fun?

You. Your wallet signs the create and shows as the creator. Only the fee routing points at the pot.
